Estate Planning

A minimalist interior with a wooden table, a mushroom-shaped lamp, two glasses of water, an open notebook, and a white pen. In the background, there are potted plants, a gray armchair with a blanket, and built-in shelves with books and vases, all near a window letting in natural light.

A thoughtfully prepared Estate Plan. Personal attention. One flat fee.

Work directly with me to create your estate plan – without unnecessary complexity, expensive hourly billing, or being passed from one person to another. I work with clients to understand their estate planning goals and prepare documents tailored to their wishes and circumstances.

Estate planning doesn't have to feel intimidating.

Talking about your finances, your family, and what should happen if you're unable to make decisions for yourself can be uncomfortable. The process should feel like a conversation with someone you can trust—not a complicated legal exercise.

Simple process.

We can meet virtually and much of the process is handled over email so you can respond and review on your time.

Your Estate Plan includes:

  • Revocable Living Trust — to organize your assets and provide for their management and distribution, and if applicable, appoint guardians for children.

  • Pour-Over Will — to address assets not transferred to your trust.

  • Financial Power of Attorney — to designate someone to handle financial matters if needed.

  • Advance Health Care Directive — to communicate your wishes and designate someone to make health care decisions if you cannot.

Transparent flat fees.

Flat fees range from $2,250–$3,250 for individuals and $3,000–$4,000 for couples.

The flat fee reflects the specific circumstances of the client as determined after your complimentary initial consultation.
